Following the launch of sales late last year, Two Road Development has revealed the lavish, $10 million state-of-the-art sales gallery for EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater, the global hotel brand’s first independent collection of fully serviced luxury condominium residences.
The EDITION and Two Roads Development have taken the Miami luxury real estate scene by storm with the unveiling of their highly anticipated state-of-the-art sales gallery for the EDITION Residences.
In Edgewater, the Edition hotel brand is building 185 homes on Biscayne Bay waterfront — the brand’s first all-condo project. Developed by Two Roads Development, the 55-story glass tower is designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia.
Two Roads Development is working on its third development in the market, and OKO Group and Cain International are developing Missoni Baia, a 57-story, 146-unit luxury residential tower at 700 NE 26th Terrace in East Edgewater.
While hotel-branded condo projects, some of which lack a hospitality component altogether, are nothing new in label-crazed Miami.
Developed by South Florida-based Two Roads Development, EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater is poised to become one of the neighborhood's hottest luxury developments.
